Emmanuel Ijewere is one of Nigeria’s most eminent businessmen with extensive experience and interests across the banking, finance and agricultural spectrums. He is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Institute of Directors (IOD), and the Nigerian Red Cross. Born in 1946, his education took him from Lagos to Ijebu-Ode, Cameroon and the UK.

He started his accounting career in 1965 with Coopers & Lybrand and set up his chartered accountancy firm in Nigeria in 1979 called Ijewere & co. This has since established itself as one of the most respected indigenous accountancy firms and tax consultants in the country. Emmanuel Ijewere’s
Chairmanships and Directorships are numerous, namely; Best Foods Group, Emson, Nigeria Agribusiness Group, Drum Resources Nigeria Limited, Apel Capital & Trust Limited, Countrywide Direct Mortgage Company, Kerildbert Holdings, Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) and Gemini Pharmaceuticals.

His National Assignments have included Chairmanships of the Agriculture and Food Security Commission and the Modified Value Added Tax Committee. He is a member of the National Economic Forum, the International Investment Council (HIIC) and was a member of Agricultural Transformation Implementation Council (ATIC) under past President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s Chairmanship.

He also served as a resource person on Agriculture to the Buhari Transition committee and is currently the National coordinator of Nigeria Agribusiness Group (NAGB), the umbrella body for Agriculture in Nigeria.

With experience spanning over 25 years in both the private and public sector, Dapo has created sustainable value in organizations while impacting lives positively by helping leaders to discover and manifest their full potentials in whatever roles they find themselves.

Armed with a degree in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University [OAU], Ile- Ife, as well as executive management education from Ashridge Management School, UK, the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and the Lagos Business School, he has started his career out as a marketing executive, transitioning to the role of the Managing Director before rising to the role of group CEO.

Dapo helped develop and drive the growth strategy of Rosaab to help the brand morph from a small family business into a multi business, multi ownership group while also expanding its presence and establishing the brand as the industry’s largest operator in West Africa.

He is a recipient of the prestigious Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Excellence in Enterprise award and currently sits as the Executive chairman of Chestercross Limited.

Kofi Sagoe possesses graduate and postgraduate degrees in Insurance (1983) and Finance (1985) from the University of Lagos. By way of professional calling, he was elected an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London in 1987 and a Fellow of the same institute in 1990 on the successful completion of the Institute’s examinations.

His career history spanning over 35 years comprises 4 years experience as an insurance broker, 11 years in the financial services industry and 26 years in the automobile industry rising to very senior management positions.

He currently serves on the Board Audit & Risk Committee of the ARM Holding Company as well as executive positions on the boards of Subaru Motors Nigeria Limited and VT Leasing Limited.

He is a graduate of Law from University of Hull, U.K, and has a Master of Business Administration from University of Durham, U.K. He has working experiences in Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Corporate Finance, and Property & Real Estate. He is a Director in Primrose Investments Ltd. and a Managing Partner of Balogun & Balogun and Co law firm.

Abigail is a media communications graduate who also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Open university.

She started her career with shell oil UK as a client account analyst, managing large corporate client accounts and is currently a director and shareholder at RiverSafe Ltd; a cyber security consultancy firm based in London which specializes in delivering Cyber Security, Data Operations and Secure Software solutions to clients such as BP, Sky, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Aviva to mention a few.

She is a graduate of the University of Lagos Nigeria with Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also holds a Master of Art degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, London, UK and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

With previous experience in the banking and Human resource management sectors, she joined Rosaab International in 2013 as the Group Head, Human Capital and from there rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Temitayo was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in 2021 as has since managed the brand dutifully.
