Emmanuel Ijewere is one of Nigeria’s most eminent businessmen with extensive experience and interests across the banking, finance and agricultural spectrums. Kofi Sagoe possesses graduate and postgraduate degrees in Insurance (1983) and Finance (1985) from the University of Lagos. By way of professional calling, he was elected an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London in 1987 and a Fellow of the same institute in 1990 on the successful completion of the Institute’s examinations. His career history spanning over 35 years comprises 4 years experience as an insurance broker, 11 years in the financial services industry and 26 years in the automobile industry rising to very senior management positions. He currently serves on the Board Audit & Risk Committee of the ARM Holding Company as well as executive positions on the boards of Subaru Motors Nigeria Limited and VT Leasing Limited.

He is a graduate of Law from University of Hull, U.K, and has a Master of Business Administration from University of Durham, U.K. He has working experiences in Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Corporate Finance, and Property & Real Estate. Abigail is a media communications graduate who also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Open university. She started her career with shell oil UK as a client account analyst, managing large corporate client accounts and is currently a director and shareholder at RiverSafe Ltd; a cyber security consultancy firm based in London which specializes in delivering Cyber Security, Data Operations and Secure Software solutions to clients such as BP, Sky, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Aviva to mention a few.

She is a graduate of the University of Lagos Nigeria with Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also holds a Master of Art degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, London, UK and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). With previous experience in the banking and Human resource management sectors, she joined Rosaab International in 2013 as the Group Head, Human Capital and from there rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
